About
Pan De Coco Diner pours fresh buko juice and a long list of fruit and vegetable shakes: mango, avocado, guyabano, watermelon, and more. The food side runs panini with mozzarella (cheese pesto, clubhouse, ham and cheese, swiss and bacon) plus vegan options like pasta al pesto. Steamed rice meals cover Filipino staples such as adobo, sisig, beef tapa, binagoongan, and bistek Tagalog. Finish with coffee, Ceylon tea, or ginger tea.
