About
Bicolano by XO46 serves dishes from the Bicol region, built on gata (coconut milk) and chili heat like Bicol Express and laing. The plates run creamy and spicy, a taste of Filipino heritage cooking. Order here for a regional specialty before you fly. Temper the chili with rice, or lean in and ask for extra. XO46, the heritage Filipino restaurant group, runs the concept.
