The menu tours northern classics: crispy fried bagnet (plus bagnet kare-kare and binagoongang bagnet), pinakbet, dinakdakan, igado, goat caldereta, insarabasab, and Ilocos longganisa. Don't miss the Ilocos empanada with its orange, crackly shell.

The all-Filipino Tambayan Food Hall on Level 1 of Terminal 3 — a roughly 6,200-sqm communal dining space seating up to 2,000 guests, with around 17 homegrown brands serving regional Filipino dishes. Set at the arrival level and open to the public, it can be enjoyed on arrival or before departure.
