Bo's Coffee is a Philippine-born café chain that sources local beans, including Philippine barako and single-origin coffees. The menu spans espresso drinks, frappes, teas, pastries, and cakes. The all-Filipino Tambayan Food Hall on Level 1 of Terminal 3 — a roughly 6,200-sqm communal dining space seating up to 2,000 guests, with around 17 homegrown brands serving regional Filipino dishes. Set at the arrival level and open to the public, it can be enjoyed on arrival or before departure.
