Palm Grill brings Southern Mindanaoan cuisine from the Zambasulta region (Zamboanga, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi) to NAIA. Chef Miggy Moreno opened it in 2017, and the MICHELIN Guide 2026 featured it for the food, culture, and history of the region. Order grilled specialties and native dishes you rarely find elsewhere in Manila. The kitchen is halal certified.

The all-Filipino Tambayan Food Hall on Level 1 of Terminal 3 — a roughly 6,200-sqm communal dining space seating up to 2,000 guests, with around 17 homegrown brands serving regional Filipino dishes. Set at the arrival level and open to the public, it can be enjoyed on arrival or before departure.
