1. Prepare for your flight

   A couple of things worth sorting before you land in Manila.

2. Getting off the plane

   Stay seated until the seatbelt sign is off. Follow the crew's instructions to disembark.

3. Immigration

   Have your passport ready and your eTravel QR code saved on your phone. Foreign nationals queue separately from Filipino citizens.

4. Claim baggage at carousel 3

   Check the carousel screens for your flight number. Bags can take 20–40 minutes to arrive.

5. Customs

   Walk through the green channel if you have nothing to declare; red channel for taxable goods.

6. Arrivals hall

   Through the doors. Pickup zones, taxis, and Grab pickup are signed from here.

7. Connecting to another flight?
