1. Prepare for your flight

2. Getting off the plane

   Stay seated until the seatbelt sign is off. Follow the crew's instructions to disembark.

   Adjust your clock. Manila is 1 hour ahead of Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Immigration

   Have your passport ready and your eTravel QR code saved on your phone. Foreign nationals queue separately from Filipino citizens.

4. Claim baggage at carousel 4

   Check the carousel screens for your flight number. Bags can take 20–40 minutes to arrive.

5. Customs

   Walk through the green channel if you have nothing to declare; red channel for taxable goods.
