Serenitea is a Filipino milk-tea chain pouring classic and fruit-flavored teas with toppings like tapioca pearls, pudding, and grass jelly. Set your sweetness and ice, add pearls, and take the cup through the wait. Boba fans have a home here. Serenitea started in San Juan in 2008 and helped kick off the Philippine milk-tea wave. The Okinawa milk tea is the crowd favorite.
