I ordered a Truffle Burger when I visited this store. I came there yesterday, the cashier is nice. She wears white flower in her hair. The other staff are also nice. They approach me very well. The food is good. How I wish I can visit some other time. Great food and Good employees. The ambiance is nice too!!
I asked my mom to pick up burgers from Burger Beast while she was at NAIA Terminal 2, and I placed the order over the phone. I just wanted to commend the staff who assisted me—they were incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating throughout the whole process. I didn't catch everyone's names, but I remember hearing names like Rey and Jay. There were three staff members on duty around **5:00 AM on August 5**, and they made the ordering process smooth, quick, and hassle-free. Excellent customer service like this really stands out. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant. We'll definitely be ordering from Burger Beast again!
