Muhlach Ensaymada sells soft, buttery ensaymada, the Filipino brioche-style pastry topped with butter, sugar, and cheese, made popular by the Muhlach family. Box some as pasalubong or eat one at the gate. The counter also carries other baked treats and coffee.
