Master Siomai is a grab-and-go Filipino dumpling counter built around siomai: pork, beef, and shrimp-pork, steamed or fried. Pair a basket with rice and the soy-calamansi and chili-garlic dip. It runs cheap and hot when you want a snack short of a full meal. Siomai rice bowls fill out the menu.
