Luggage Storage at NAIA

Last updated

You can store bags in Manila for a few hours or several days. Rates and locations differ by terminal, covered below.

Jump to

  • Orbit Air Systems: Inside Terminal 1. Best if you have an onward flight from Terminal 1. Call ahead so they can message the arrival hall guards.
  • Luggage & More: Inside Terminal 3. Most convenient for same-day storage and short layovers. Pricier for multi-day stays.
  • The Wings Transit Hotel and Spa: Fourth floor of Terminal 3, landside, no ticket needed. Priced by four-hour block, close to what Luggage & More charges for a short stay.
  • dropnfly: Near Terminal 3, off-airport. Cheaper for multi-day storage, especially for side trips to Boracay or Palawan. Offers pickup and delivery.
  • Mall of Asia (Kultura, IKEA): A shopper bag check, useful if you plan to spend your layover at SM Mall of Asia. Same-day only, mall hours.
  • Tips before leaving your bag: What to keep with you, what to ask before going, and how to avoid missing your flight.

Luggage storage comes in handy in situations like:

  • A long layover, when you have time to leave the airport and see the city.
  • A side trip to Boracay, Palawan, or elsewhere before you return to Manila to stay.
  • More baggage than your next flight allows, with some items left behind for pickup.

Book Orbit Air Systems if you have an onward flight from Terminal 1.

The facility sits in an area only arriving passengers can access. Tell the guards at the arrival hall you're headed to luggage storage, then contact Orbit Air Systems so they can send you a message to show the guards.

Terminal 2

Terminal 2 has no known luggage storage facilities.

If you know one, email me at mikko@betternaia.com and I'll add it here.

Walking directions: From the arrivals level, walk toward Multi-Level Parking. You'll spot But First, Coffee on your right before you reach it, and the storage counter sits behind the cafe.

The Wings sits on the fourth floor of Terminal 3, on the landside walkway. You don't need a boarding pass to get in, so it works for anyone seeing off or waiting for a passenger. It's a transit hotel first, so you can also book a capsule or a shower there.

Walking directions: From the check-in hall on the departures level, ride one escalator up. The Wings faces the walkway, between Watsons and Goldilocks.

Short-term rates land close to Luggage & More. Storage runs in four-hour blocks and they don't publish a long-term rate, so ask them directly if you need to leave a bag for days rather than hours.

Other options

Mall of Asia (Kultura and IKEA)

Best for
Travelers who want to explore SM Mall of Asia

Kultura and IKEA store bags for their shoppers. If you spend your layover at Mall of Asia, you can use it too. It only works for the same day, during store or mall hours.

Tips before leaving your bag

If you arrive in one terminal but depart from another, leave your luggage at the terminal you're departing from. You can claim your bag and check in at the same place. See our guide to connecting flights at NAIA for how much time to budget for the transfer.

Call or message the facility before going. Rates, hours, and available space can change.

If you use pickup or delivery, add a generous time buffer. Manila traffic and airport delays happen, so give yourself enough time to make your flight.

Once your bag is stored

With your bag stored, you're free to explore Manila. While you plan the rest of your trip, check our guides on getting to and from NAIA and, for international flights, eTravel and Philippine Travel Tax.
